Forza Horizon 3 PC problem family safety

Hello,

So I noticed, that some features were shaded and showed an error message after a click :

"This feature is blocked by the family safety Xbox Live"

I don't know if it's important, but i'm playing on Windows 10.

I've been searching for hours yesterday on my xbox and microsoft account and I don't see where it blocks.

I'm a 23 years old man, I have my own account not associated with any relatives, I pay my own games with my paypal.

I checked, all my safety and security settings, all clear.

My birthdate is ok, I'm the owner and described as an adult by Microsoft...

I should contact the xbox support for assistance in order to resolved my bugged account.

However, I'm working between 8h and 18h, so I have to wait for the week-end.

how tu run forza horizon 3 on a local conto on win10?

Hello all,

searching for a solution for the above mentioned problem in the headline.

Microsoft Conto exists within admin and forza horizon 3 is running there propperly.

But I want to run forza horizon 3 on a local conto on the same PC, too.

When I log in the local conto the app forza horizon 3 is not available therefore...?

Is there a solution for that problem?

Hi, I will show you what's my problem.

I'd like to buy Forza Horizon 3 for PC by microsoft store, but I don't own a xbox one. So my question is if I need to pay xbox live for play Forza Horizon 3.

 

I have the same problem.

I got an adult account on Microsoft but can't do anything at xbox settings.

 

I got some issue when i try to click on paint designs on forz horizon 3 on windows 10 it says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings" and i dont got an xbox one or 360, how do i change the settings? Im 18 and I have my own
account?? Please help this is annoying

 

yeah im 20 and i cant use neither the auction house or the designs and thats anoying

I cant use the auction house or the design and livery stuff. clubs are also blocked.

This really sucks because i have some rare and valuable cars that i want to put up for auction and cant.

Same thing, I am 20 and still can't edit my settings on the Xbox Settings privacy page.

Please reply fast, it is ruining everyone's experience.

 

I (my son) have the same problem. Strange that my son with the age of 16 can buy this game but is not allowed to use the game for 100%...

I've tried to add him in my Xbox account, he's in my family account when I log in in my microsoft-account, but I can't see him in my Xbox account.

Why does Microsoft make this kind of weird things without giving a proper explanation how to solve this.

I contacted them as well by phone and they even couldn't help me adequate.

 

UPDATE :

I contacted the Microsoft France Support ( Yes I'm french), they verified my account and it was legit and not a child account.

They did not really have solid solutions :

- They told me to try to reinstall the game (I'm going to do, but it takes time), and see if that worked.

- Or they think it's a bug related to the game and Mirosoft is aware of it and hes gonna patch it soon (not sure at 100% though)

Either way, they follow my case and told me it was a temporary problem.

UPDATE 2 :

I fixed the problem by myself with the help of a reddit post.

The things you have to do :

1) Go to your Xbox account settings on your computer's browser

2) Go to your privacy settings

3) Check the 3 first options to everybody and save

4) Restart your computer

5) Enjoy

well what if i cant access my xbox settings it only says error child trying to access settings and redirects me to a page on how an parent can change the settings even when my account is an adult account?...

 

I have that same problem as Bifrosteri. When i try to go to my xbox settings, it just takes me to a support page with FAQs, but i cant actually change any settings or even view my profile.

 

I have the same problem with family safety and I'm 21 years old too

I looked around in the net and saw no answer for this problem
