forza horizon 3 pc play anywhere

hi all. I have fh3 downloaded and its showing in "my games " in the xbox app on my pc. when I click play the splash screen loads but shortly goes off and the game doesn't load. I have all the latest versions installed on pc.

Forza horizon 4 play anywhere?

Hello. Will the forza horizon 4 be available in the program xbox play anywhere? Will I be able to play on xbox one and my brother on the pc? In forza horizon 3 was such an opportunity.

 

Cant i play shared xbox one games (xbox anywhere) with my pc?

i can play shared Forza Horizon 3 on my xbox but when i try to download it to pc it just says buy? no download anywhere.. so can i play shared xbox anywhere games with pc?

Is this issue happening in all games? Are you using the Xbox App or the Beta version of the Xbox App? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game yet, to see if that helps out?

I have the exact same problem, it shows me the picture and then quits on its own

all my other games play fine

I do not know which version of the xbox app i have but i have also tried launching from the windows store, i have tried installing the game on both of my disks, neither of them work

i have an amd athlon ii x2 250 3ghz

i have 12gb of ram

i have an amd radeon r7 200 series 2gb

my motherboard is an asrock n68-gs3 ucc ddr3

 

overclocked my cpu to 3.2ghz not long ago

 

I had a similar problem. The game would load to the opening video, then crash back to the desktop with no error. My fix was to remove my Antivirus software (mine was Avast). I'm now using Windows defender for the time being.

You can try this yourself or you can temporarily disable your Antivirus. To disable your Antivirus, you need to do the following. While on the Windows desktop hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and press R. In the Run prompt type
msconfig and press Enter.

In the 'System Configuration' Window, click on on the 'Services' tab. Tick the 'Hide all Microsoft services' button. Find anything in there that relates to your Antivirus and un-tick it. If you can't find anything in there (and you probably won't), click
on the 'Startup' tab and then 'Open Task Mananger'. Find the offending application in there and disable it.

Reboot your PC and try the game again. If you're still getting stuck, it may be an idea to check out the dedicated Forza Horizon 3 support forum
