Forza Horizon 3 PC Online Freeroam not working

Its been 4 days since me and my friends have been able to get online in Forza. We all play on pc btw. If we try searching for a lobby it gets stuck on "finding an online session" I tried contacting Forza Motorsport and submitting a ticket, but they simply refused to even answer my ticket forum. We know the servers are up because people that play on Xbox are able to go online and access all the Xbox live features. We even went as far as resetting the teredo thing and when we check the network checker in settings, it says that it is connected and open. nothing is blocking the teredo. Hopefully this is just some sort of mistake they made when servicing the online servers for Forza. We also aren't banned in any way shape or form. And if they did turn off cross play, they should tell us before hand right?

"I guess they gave up on this since they haven’t replied in weeks" they never did i guess... never once i saw a reply from them... lets just hope.. and keep them knowing this is broken.. and we want it fixed
