Forza Horizon 3 PC Downald Problem

I bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate and I can not download it to computer. The store shows that I own the game but I can't even install it. Does anyone else have the same and knows what to do with it?

searching for a solution for the above mentioned problem in the headline.

Microsoft Conto exists within admin and forza horizon 3 is running there propperly.

But I want to run forza horizon 3 on a local conto on the same PC, too.

When I log in the local conto the app forza horizon 3 is not available therefore...?

Is there a solution for that problem?

Hi, I will show you what's my problem.

I'd like to buy Forza Horizon 3 for PC by microsoft store, but I don't own a xbox one. So my question is if I need to pay xbox live for play Forza Horizon 3.

 

I just contacted Support and they ended up refunding me and suggested I try to buy again. To be honest, I am a little leery to try it again.

Just curious, when did you buy it. I tried to buy my copy last night

 

I also got scammed, I have talked to 10 different Microsoft and XB agents to try and resolve my license key I paid $100 for. This has been the biggest fail of a release I have ever witnessed. I can personally guarantee I will never purchase a game by Microsoft
or any XB console or game. Microsoft has proved to me they do not care about me as a customer or else I would have to take 14 hours of my own personal time to get this issue resolved.

 

Im having this same issue. I bought the standard edition on the 22nd and it preloaded onto my xbox one right away, so I jumped on my pc to let it preload here as well so it would be ready to play on the 27th but it tells me to preorder it even though it
says I already own it. guess ill be stuck playing at 30fps on the console. I had high hopes for play anywhere but it only works for some people.
