Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One - options: auction house, salon - do not work

I have a problem with Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One. After a long time I restarted the game and to my surprise the options: auction house, salon - do not work, which means that I can not choose any car.

Previously (on the same account - I'm the only console user) everything worked.

The problem also applies to the main menu, in addition to the above-mentioned options are not highlighted (orange is highlighted only "workshop" other options - lb, auction house, salon, rb are on a gray background), this menu is highlighted and works: home,
blizzard mountain, hot wheels, community and progress - other - social, clubs, cars, rivals, service market - do not work and do not highlight, are on a gray background.

I tried to start the game by setting up a different account, and reinstalling the game - along with updates - did not help.

mam problem z grą Forza Horizon 3 na Xbox One. Po dłuższym czasie ponownie uruchomiłem grę i ku mojemu zdziwieniu nie działąja mi opcje: dom aukcyjny, salon - co jest równoznaczne z tym ze nie mogę wybrać żadnego samochodu.

Wcześniej (na tym samym koncie - jestem jedynym użytkownikiem konsoli) wszystko działało.

Problem dotyczy także menu głównego, oprócz tego że ww. opcje nie podświetlają się (podświetla się na pomarańczowo tylko "warsztat" pozostałe opcje - lb, dom aukcyjny, salon, rb sa na szarym tle), to w menu podświetlona jest: strona główna, blizzard mountain,
hot wheels, społeczność i postęp - pozostałe czyli: social, kluby, samochody, rywale, rynek usług - nie działają i nie podświetlają się, są na szarym tle.

Próbowałem uruchomić grę zakładając inne konto oraz odinstalowując i instalując grę ponownie - wraz z aktualizacjami - nic nie pomogło.

Jak rozwiązać problem?

Forza Horizon 3 Youth Protection Settings

Hey,

I have a problem. I play forza horizon 3 on a windows pc. When i want to go to the auction house it doesn't work because of the youth protection settings. Also I can't download a design or a tuning from the community. So i searched for reasons why it doesn't
work. Maybe it is because i have a child account. So I made an adult account and I switched all settings, who are important on. Then i sign out of xbox and I reconnect and then i start Forza Horizon 3 but the auction house and the other options still doesn't
work. Can somebody help me please?

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
