Forza Horizon 3 not working

Hello,

When I launch Forza Horizon 3, it says that it is unable to connect to my account so I can't play the game.

It is the same for Forza Hub.

It worked perfectly some days before with the same configuration.

If someone knows a fix that would help me a lot.

Problems with Forza Horizon 3 X Box One S

 

server is not working. Forza horizon 3

internet : connect

teredo : received

but can not connect the forza horizon 3 sever.

i can not play multiplay, marketplace in horizon 3, Rival mode , Decal , etc.

Xboxone is fine. no problom, work good.

but horizon3 in Windows 10 is not working. can not connect the horizon 3 severs

To clarify your concern, may we know if you’re using an Xbox One or Windows 10?

If you're using a Windows 10 computer, kindly follow the steps provided on this

link on how to check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store. Search if there are any updates available for the game.

The Forza Horizon in-game team also released a workaround regarding this issue. Refer to this

I'm using a windows 10 computer, i just verified the updates as shown in the first link and there isn't any.

My issue is just that I'm not able to log in to the game or forza hub, but it worked a few days ago.

 

Have you tried the suggestion given by the Forza Horizon team?
