Forza Horizon 3 Not found?

Hey Guy's i bought Forza Horion 3 for Windows but i can't find it any where. I can only see i bought it and thats it. I can't find any install or download.

Hi Drowsy,

I've helped a few people over the past few days, with the same issue, and solved it by going through these steps:

Firstly, have you installed the most recent Windows 10 Anniversary Version 1607 update on your PC? There was a new build released, that includes functionality for Xbox Play Anywhere titles, and is REQUIRED to play said titles.

For more info, and to initiate the update, hit the jump:

support.microsoft.com/.../windows-10-update-history

Next, sign into the Store App on your Windows 10 PC and make sure you are logged into the account that you purchased the game with. Now, click on the circle that has your avatar pic inside (near the top right), then check both 'Downloads and Updates' and
'My Library' for Forza Horizon 3.

** If there is an exclamation mark next to the game, that means you either do NOT meet the minimum system requirements, or do NOT have the 1607 update. **

To check what update you have on your PC, go to Settings, then 'Update and Security'. From here, under the Update Status, click on 'Update History'.

From here, install the updates, restart your PC and check the Store app again, you should now be able to download and play Forza Horizon 3! If you have any issues, please feel free to post back your results, and we'll have another go.

"A big improvement over Forza Horizon 2's VIP Pass is that buying VIP Membership in Horizon 3 grants VIP access to other Gamertags on the purchaser's home console. That way, the whole family can benefit from a single VIP purchase."

But any other source is telling that this does not works.
