Its very odd, it doesnt appear when I follow the instructions that you explained, but yet it shows up in my account as a game that i own? For some reason im unable to install on my pc without buying another copy... they’re trying to bleed me dry!

It is some wrong sync in your account.

You can check
here if you really have the game purchased and compare with
this if there is no different game that you bought.

There is currently a
Service Alert that is affecting buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases.

I also own the game digitally and it is shown in my library, however, there is no “install for free” option within the windows store. I feel as if there is some sort of bug with my account.
