Forza Horizon 3 'Minimum System Requirements Not Met'

Hello, I am having problems opening FH3 on my pc. If this is any help, my computer is the HP Pavillion 13 x360 PC. When I open the game, a pop-up comes and says Minimum system requirements not met.

Your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements.

-Unsupported Graphics Card Detected (Code: FH202. FH203, and FH204)

Then there are 3 buttons, More Information, Ignore and Continue, and Quit.

When I press Ignore and continue, the game crashes.

I have not yet received the warthog code for Forza Horizon 3.

I have played both Halo 5 and Halo: MCC and have met all the requirements and still have not received a code for the warthog car for Forza Horizon 3.

I have never received a code for the warthog in Forza Horizon 3. I am puzzled because I have met the requirements to receive the code but still nothing from my messages or anything from Forza.

Could you olease type in the searchbar on the right at the bottom (Cortana) write DxDiag and run it? The following question answered with "Yes" and click on the "Graphic or Display" tab.

Please post the displayed Name of your Graphiccard.

I would assume, as i searched for your PC that it only has a Intel HD Graphiccard.

This would mean that your PC cant handle FH3 and you wont be able to Play, sorry.

Hello! I too am receiving this error. My computer doesn't even attempt to open the game. Any help? I have intel hd 530 graphics

ok how do you get around this becuase i spent 106 dollars on this game just to play with my g25 wheel which i have been waiting for years now

For running FH3 on PC, you need to make sure you are meeting the minimum specs for the game. You can find those on the Store page (open the Windows Store), or here:

Note that in terms of graphics card you will need the equivalent of Nvidia's GTX 750 Ti or AMD R7 250X just to run it, and more powerful ones to run it at higher settings. In terms of CPU, you'll need a minimum i5 3570 at 3.4GHz, which is no slouch either.

@SophisticPig: The included specs on the HP Pavilion are not high enough to run Forza Horizon 3.

@AwesomeLikeABoss: Likewise, integrated Intel graphics won't cut it unfortunately.

@Crank: What graphics processor do you have? There's unfortunately no way to 'get around' the minimum specs as the game simply will not run without the PC meeting certain requirements.

If anyone has any doubts about whether their PC can run a certain game, you can look to a website like SystemRequirementsLab which will show you the specs as a text list, or can run a small test to find your PC's specs and compare it to the game's list,
giving you a breakdown of where your PC stacks up against what is needed:

Unfortunately some of you will not be able to run the game with your current hardware, but I hope this explanation helps.

 

I have a graphic card Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500 why not go play?

 

I hope you know that any Intel Integrated graphics will never be able to run Forza.

 

Apparently the new top of the line Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 with I7, 512GB of space and 16GB of memory throws an error that it doesn't meet the hardware requirements to run last year's game. Let me see, Microsoft Surface and a Microsoft game. Guess the
Surface Pro might as well be a glorified overpriced $2,199 email client and web browser. Seems kind of embarrassing for Microsoft that we have to go back to the 90's to insure all tech specs for a game are met before buying or installing it and nothing really
can be trusted to work, even an all Microsoft solution. Sounds like Microsoft needs a fix to this game, but for public safety, please don't hold your breath anyone.
