Forza Horizon 3 + logitech g27 issue

Below, find the list of wheels currently supported by Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10 PCs. On Xbox One, Forza Horizon 3 supports all wheels currently supported by Xbox One.

Players can use the Logitech G27 and the Thrustmaster TX (and some TX variants, like the new Leather Edition), but these wheels have some limitations with their functionality in-game. While these wheels work on default or custom wheel settings, button mapping and force feedback are not properly recognized. These issues will be addressed in an upcoming update for Forza Horizon 3. In addition, there are additional wheels that we plan on bringing on board, notably Fanatec products such as the ClubSport V2 Xbox One Hub and the Fanatec CSR models. Support for these Fanatec wheels will be arriving in Apex beginning in late September, with updates for both Windows 10 and Apex.

From this, unfrotunately G923 is not compatible with Forza Horizon 3

Make sure the game recognizes your Logitech G27 wheel and is set up to use it. In the Forza Horizon 4 game settings, go to the "Controller" tab and make sure the "Use Wheel" option is enabled.

In the Xbox app, go to "Settings" > "Devices & streaming" > "Accessories" and select your Logitech G27 wheel. Click on the "Calibrate" button and follow the instructions to calibrate your wheel.

Try running the Xbox app as an administrator. Right-click on the Xbox app icon and select "Run as administrator". This can help resolve any permission issues that might be preventing the app from recognizing your Logitech G27 wheel.

Make sure your Logitech G27 wheel is connected to a USB 2.0 port. If it still doesn't work, try connecting it to a different USB port.

I apologize for the confusion, and thank you for clarifying that you are not using cloud gaming. It's possible that there may be compatibility issues between the Logitech G27 wheel and the Xbox app on Windows 11. Here are some additional steps you can try:

Make sure that the Logitech G27 wheel is selected as the default controller in the Windows 11 Settings. To do this, go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Connected Devices" > "Add a device" and select "Logitech G27 Racing Wheel."

Try using a different USB port on your computer to connect the Logitech G27 wheel.

Check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app on the Microsoft Store, and install them if there are.

Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer, and see if that resolves the issue.

I got an Xbox just for the Entertainment side, but have bought some games including the Forza games. As a PC gaming nut, I have a G27 and Playseat and I must confess to being frustrated that it doesn't work on Xbox One. Surely a Win:Win approach would be
for MS and Logitech to get their heads together and make kind of Logitech Steering Pack app available and sell it in the store. As an owner of Xbox One and of Windows PC with G27, I would be prepared to buy such a thing if I could play Forza on my G27. What
isn't going to happen... Me buying a new (inferior) wheel just for the Xbox one.. why would I? I have the best wheel there is.

I was just getting ready to buy an Xbox one x and Red Dead Rider 2 with the $100 off deal at Gamespot and grab a Forza for the hell of it but I have a Logitech G27 and love it on my PS3.

Will wait for PS5 next year and keep my G27, my money to keep. You want it,make me happy.
