Forza Horizon 3 Load Failed Message

If anyone could help me troubleshoot this error message on Forza Horizon 3 I'd much appreciate it.

Upon starting the game and pressing "A" at the title screen, a "Load Failed, An unknown error occurred. Please try again later." error displays. I've tried ten's of hard resets, "cache clears", different accounts, offline/online attempts, etc. The only way
I've found to get it to load normal is making a guest account and it works fine, of course you cant save the game though. Has anyone had this problem before and found a solution? I've scoured the internet for answers but all I can seem to find is hard resets
and "cache clears".

Forza Horizon 3 can’t play after download

When I try to play Forza Horizon 3 it says “load failed An unknown error occurred. Please try again later” and then an Xbox message comes up saying “there is a problem with your saved games” and It then recommend for me to delete all of m games, but the
thing is that this is only happening of Forza Horizon 3, no other games.

I purchase Forza Horizon 3 today on www.instant-gaming.com. I download the game with the windows store, but when i'm start Forza Horizon 3 a message say me don't load Forza Horison 3 profil so ididn't play...

It may depend on some corrupt data in your account. Try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again, then start the game.
