So I have been having this issue for awhile, for some reason Forza Horizon 3 doesn't want to start because of this glitch, bug or whatever this is. I've had a solution of downloading something from the Microsoft store, but now that isn't working. And each
time I try to start it now, this always pops up. I don't know what to do. I'm not a big xbox user either, I'm also on Xbox windows 10. so I don't know how much of this works, ive tried resetting my Microsoft store, restarting my pc, downloading apps, I haven't
tried uninstalling, but I'm scared my save will be lost, and I never did sign up for xbox live I don't think, I just made an account on xbox windows 10, nothing said anything about xbox live so I feel my save is going to be gone if I uninstall and I really
don't want to lose my save. if someone has a different solution I would really appreciate knowing it. thanks (forza horizon 3 is also still in my library, according to the Microsoft store)

Error code 0x803F8001 when trying to play a game on Windows 10

Getting this error when I try and run Forza Horizon 3 on my PC:

Forza Horizon 3 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

when i open the game the following message appears:

PT"Forza Horizon 3 não está disponível em sua conta no momento. Este é o código de erro, caso você precise dele: 0x803F8001"

EN"Forza Horizon 3 is currently not available in your account. This is the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

And close the game.

using a cracked version is against the law in a lot of countries, it is piracy, also you would not be able to go online or risk losing your account.

but there is legit keys that are available still, meaning you can redeem the key even if the game is not in the store, cd keys currently have forza horizon 3 for 19.99 in stock too.

and the game is play anywhere

I would recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the game on your PC. I have provided the link below which walks you through doing that below for your convenience. It's possible that some of the game files were corrupted somehow which is why it is behaving
as if it is unavailable on your account. I am making the assumption that you are indeed logged into the correct account of course. Before you perform the reinstallation it might be worthwhile checking your order history in your Microsoft account to ensure
the order wasn't reversed or refunded for some reason which could also be a reason it is now unavailable. If you continue to have difficulty after you reinstall please let us know so we can continue to troubleshoot the problem for you.

Multiple people have this issue at the moment it seems that the game is broken for some reason (possible due to a upcoming update) here are the update notes so you should be able to play the game again
