    Forza Horizon 3 Invalid Profile


    Hello,

    After the latest patch my game won't start anymore. I cannot access the game after the loading screen and I get this weird message when pressing game start.

    Invalid Profile:

    The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact Xbox Support for assistance.

    I play on PC btw and my windows 10 is up to date I checked that too.

    I contacted support on live chat but we couldn't find anything.

    What I have tried to fix it:

    - Reinstalling the game

    - Relogging on Xbox app

    - Checked if I have connection on xbox and yes I do

    - Deleting the cache of the game

    - After reinstalling and deleting the cache it synchronises with the cloud again for my profile but after that I get the same message.

    So I think that there is some problem with my cloud profile ( the savegame on microsoft clouds ). But the problem is I cannot do anything about it and this all happend after the latest patch. Before the last patch I always played without any problem. By
    playing I mean online and offline without any problems.
