forza horizon 3 invalid profile issue xbox series s

I'm having an issue, I recently got a new xbox series s and have set it up. I started forza horizon 3 to play and it syncs my data, but then it says that it's an invalid profile.

I've attached a photo and have done the steps, but still nothing

i used exactly same id n email address.

1. i got invalid profile error

2. i followed step (even uninstalled and reinstalled the Game) start online and offline

Still nothing g

3. no achievement, no unlocked cars, no credits no nothing.

Im very frustrated as I alot spent time to get those things.

Please restore my previous profile.
