Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pack

I would like to know if a person running Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One console without the Hot Wheels Expansion Pack can join me in the Hot Wheels adventure if I have the expansion pack on my PC version of Forza Horizon 3.

If you purchase Forza Horizon 3 with the expansion pass, you should have access to all additional content

 

I also purchased the FH 3 bundle, redeemed the code and Hot Wheels version was not unlocked. When we tried to get it, Xbox says it was already installed but my son can’t play it because it has to be “unlocked”. Shouldn’t it be unlocked if we purchased
the bundle??

 

It has to be unlocked within the game as well. You can only access that part of the game after completing a certain amount of the base game first.
