Forza Horizon 3 Halo Warthog DLC

Hello, I have already redeemed this code JTG3G-C3946-4R42M-QV9K3-YYJPZ on my Gamertag () & I can't access it in my game. I guess that the only option I have is to remove it. I have already performed the basic troubleshooting steps given
to me by Xbox support. Is there anything that can be done about this? I was really excited to get this & was looking forward to playing with it in Forza Horizon 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
