Forza Horizon 3 (for PC) Crash on Startup!

I have same reoccurring longstanding FH3 problem and believe I have identified the issue and solution; but the waste of time to do the work around is really irritating since Steam apps and regular non-MS Store apps all work as expected/promised. As a programmer
the error clearly appears to me to be poor programming by either Microsoft with their MS Store, Win10's XBox Application or Studio 10's FH3's failing to fix any MS Store, XBox App or FH3 Win10 residual file issues on startup. Proper coding would search for
left over files that cause the crash, and then remove them as part of the startup INSTEAD of just simply crashing.

For me, after a full reset (2 1/2 hour process) from a Win10 image that has FH3 installed BUT never run, FH3 will 100% of the time load and run for hours or days on that 1st run; however, once I exit FH3 I can never get back into it. It simply crashes on
startup. Reason must be left over and/or corrupted files that need to be removed by FH3 on startup.

Since the MS Store apps are so hidden and protected manual fixes are tough and from my experience do not work. The "Reset" option does nothing for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling FH3 also does not help.

What works, beyond restoring an image and then updating all my documents, music, etc... is to CREATE a new user in Win10. Next, I have to logout of my normal Win10 account and then login with new user account created JUST for this stupid problem. Once
logged in and past all the initial Win10 new user stuff, I load MS Store and login to the MS Store with my normal MS Store account. Then viewing my game library I select FH3 for install; since FH3 is already installed for another Win10 user the process goes
quicker. Once installed I can enter through the Start Tile or from Xbox app 100% of the time with 0 crashes.

So, MS or Studio 10, spend some of the millions you made to fix this problem. Given that the above can be replicated the solution is easy. All you have to do is have some of your good programmers look into this and I am pretty sure they can release a fix
in less than a week. The lack of support and failure for this common issue will keep me steering away from MS Store apps as much as possible (there is really no excuse, just look at how well Steam does it).
