Forza Horizon 3 Extension pass (Blizzard Mountain + HotWheels) doesn't work

I bought the Blizzard Mountain + Hotwheels extension pass for Horizon 3 with my PC on the Microsoft online store.

The extension was installed properly on my Xbox One.

But the 2 universes Blizzard Mountain and Hotwheels are not accessible (althought I have the required level to access them). The error message indicates that I have to buy again the extension.

Expansion Pass

HI there, can someone help me out. My son is interested in the Infection Rounds in Forza Horizon 3. I was told that you can access them with the Expansion Pass... Is this the case? All I see are the Hotwheels and Blizzard Mountain.

Hi Team,

Same issue for me and my kid. Forza Horizon 3 CD instal for al long and is OK. DLC Hot Wheel order and install 12/12/2017.

Product indicate Installed (No Pending and Update) but impossible to access.

Since I have seen several other message 09/2017 confiming a bug from editor or provide and fix why not OK.

Any suggestion my kid 8 years old who paid 20 € from his pocket do not understand where is his money...
