    Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass not working


    I purchased the Forza Horizon 3 expansion pass so my son could play the Hot Wheels add on. The code redeemed without problem and the game clearly shows that both the Hot Wheels and Blizzard Mountain add on's have been purchased. However they will not install.
    I just get a Market place error. Both Forza and Microsoft support have been nothing short of appalling blaming one another. I have paid for something and am unable to use it. I have been through everything, i.e. console reset, deleted and re installed profile.
    Deleted and reinstalled the game etc. Still get the same error. Microsoft say the developer has removed the content!!! However this is still available for sale in many shops. It should still be available for anyone that has purchased it to reinstall. This
    is an absolutely shocking situation
