    Forza Horizon 3 does not start after installation of Blizzard Mountain extension


    Dear support team,

    we bought yesterday the Blizzard Mountain extension and downloaded it while Horizon 3 was running.

    After successful installation we could join the extens (i.e. we got the animation and the first downhill race to the assembly point). Arriving there we got stuck in the "load screen" (turning wheel).

    We restarted our XBOX one. Started Horizon - turning wheel for approx 20 minutes.

    Restarted again, removed and inserted the disc of the basic game, same result.

    Removed the package - Horizon 3 stars as usual.

    Downloaded and installed it again. No response of Horizon for 30 minutes. I just stopped it.

    Horizon 2 runs without issues.

    Free disc space on hard drive is approx 50 giga.

    Can you help?

    Attack on titan2 final battle dlc

    look in my games and applications installed recently if you see it there installed,

    according to the dlc it does not start immediately,

    I had the dlc hotwheel and blizzard mountains for forza horizon 3 and it was

    playable only after having unlocked some races.
