forza horizon 3 dlc help

I bought forza horizon 3 along with every dlc while I was console sharing with a friend but after he swapped his home console off of my console my dlc cars "which I have in my garage" say I must repurchase almost all of them I still have 1-2 car packs and
blizzard mountain available but cant drive my bmws, ford crown Vic, or my viper acr, and many more cars. I tried finding a support number or email but there's **** nothing. someone PLEASE HELP I cant "live" without my trophy truck and large collection of cars
