Forza Horizon 3 Disappeared from library

I'm not saying you have to, I just suggested it as a possible fix. I work in IT, and resets are a last resort. It's going to take me a few days to get everything back to normal, but in my personal opinion, it was a better option than waiting for MS to get
moving and fix this problem.

Yes true, it could take MS an age to fix this problem. At least I have the game on the XB1, so can play it that way

Ok good news. I ran wsreset to reset the Store, but still couldn't install FH3 Ultimate Edition. Still got the same error, when installing to my SSD or other internal drives. Downloaded to 30MB, and then stopped with an 0x800 etc error Arrghh

However, this time around the Windows 10 Store did let me install the game to my external HDD No problems at all once the download had started, and it didn't take too long to download on my 70Mbps internet connection. Got the whole 49GB down in less
than an hour.

I do however still have the issue others have, where the Ultimate Edition additional content and VIP etc are not present. Seems to be a known issue.

The game is running great on my lower end PC. 32GB RAM, GTX 690, 2.5 year old Core i7. I get a solid 30fps for pretty much all areas of the game, expect in the train showcase even where I get 20fps, but otherwise rock solid, and the play anywhere aspect
between XB1 and PC works great.

Off back to the XB1 now to pick up where I left off on the PC

I have been playing Forza Horizon 3 Standard on my Xbox One for a few days now, I bought the disc. I am logged in to my account on the Xbox but don't have an Xbox Gold Membership.

I have updated my Windows 10 to the Anniversary version. When I go to the Xbox store from Windows 10, click on My Account then My Library, all of my games are there except Horizon 3. When I go to the Store and select Horizon 3, it only says Buy Now, there
is no manage or download button. My PC is well above the minimum specs Do I need a Gold membership to use Play Anywhere for this game? Is there something else I am missing?

I should add that other games install just fine, just not Forza Horizon 3!!

I have purchased FH3: Ultimate. I was only able to begin installation after installing the Windows 10 Anniversary update.

I had to find the game in the store, click manage and start the download. After downloading for 20 hours, my download stopped at 41GB. I paused and resumed the download in an attempt to get it going again and it restarted from zero. Now it won't download
past 30MB.

The downloaded data seems to be on my hard drive, it's just not being recognized by the downloader anymore...

Any advice?

Hey all!

Would you mind typing Forza Horizon 3 within the search bar of the Windows store on your Windows PC and clicking the game? Once you do, you should see an Install button if you've pre-purchased it. Once you've searched the appropriate edition you own, navigate
back to your library through the Windows Store and see if the download button shows.
