Forza Horizon 3 Cross-play and Play anywhere

Okay so I am considering buying Forza Horizon 3 on PC but I have a few questions that I cant find any answers for online

First If I purchase it on my XBOX profile does it appear in the Windows 10 Library on the windows store app

Second If I install it on my XBOX ONE and my PC both, does that mean my brother who has a profile on the XBOX ONE can play with me online from the XBOX ONE when I am on the PC

Forza horizon 4 play anywhere?

Hello. Will the forza horizon 4 be available in the program xbox play anywhere? Will I be able to play on xbox one and my brother on the pc? In forza horizon 3 was such an opportunity.

support.xbox.com/.../forza-horizon-3-faq not sure your brother's profile been homed with you or not, or the console itself is home console for you...better try out. "You can only be signed in at one place at a time while playing Forza Horizon 3, or any
other title that supports Xbox Play Anywhere.". I think it depends how your brother tied with your account then, like other Xbox games.

If you buy the game on Xbox, you can play it on Windows 10 if you are signed into Windows with the same account (same email address). Go to the Windows Store and it should indicate you already own it, and you can simply download it.

As for the second question, as Lilian hints at this depends on your console. If your console is set as your Home Xbox - that is, your brother can play any of the other games you own while he's on that console - then he can play Forza Horizon 3 on that console
with his account while you play on Windows 10 with your account.

Hi there, only specific titles you can cross play via both platforms i.e. Forza Horizon 3 and 4, Motorsport 7 and so on when on the box or the store description has Play Anywhere on them then its suitable and will be able to be played on both platforms simultaneously
using the xbox app.

Forza Horizon 3 is a play anywhere title, so you will be able to play the game on Xbox and PC with all data being crossed synced if you have any sync issues be sure to contact here for help as sometimes game sync has errors and sometimes leaving it can sync
over your older version of the game.
