Forza Horizon 3 crashes when launched on PC

Hello there,

Since a few weeks, it's impossible for me to play Forza Horizon 3 on my PC. Indeed, the game crashes at launch: the window opens and closes after a few seconds. So far I have never had a similar problem ...

The game is installed for about 1 year and was running very well with more than 200 hours.

Thelatest windows 10 updates are made, same for the graphics card drivers and I even uninstalled, reinstalled the game ... Without success.

Is this problem known? Linked to an update?

Today I redemed forza horizon 3 standard edition on PC in my microsoft account, after installing I launched forza and when he wants to sync data it appeared this massage "The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer
available"

I had the same exact issue and the following odd solution solved it.

Open the Windows Store app and then install a random app it doesn't matter which one, and then you can uninstall the app again.

Start Forza Horizon 3 and it should work just fine.

I have the same problem and my game is also over a year old. I have reinstalled the game & reset all apps. Updated every device with no sucess. However, I can log onto the Origin servers & play Need for Speed with no problem what-so-ever. So this problem
is definitely a Microsoft related issue as no other programs are impacted in any way.
