Forza Horizon 3 Crashes on Loading Screen (Xbox One)

whenever I press A to start after the game launches in that cinematic startup menu, in a few seconds the game just blacks out and backs out to the dashboard, can anybody help me? Disc is still very clean and smooth

i just downloaded Forza horizon 3 on my computer. i have had it on my Xbox. when i try to launch the game on my computer, it says
optimizing for your pc... on a loading screen, it gets to 56% and crashes.

 

digital version the same, wont play now

 

I have even tried reinstalling the game... still crashes at the same area, I’m really disappointed i spent a lot of money and time in this game

 

Completely the same problem here in Austria/Europe. 17. March 2018

I reinstalled the game from the DVD (buyed in Sept 16), i deleted the gamesave and my account. More than 3 (!!) hours of timewasting . No Success. Crashes every time after pressing (A) Button to start loading the game. After a few secconds of loading ->
black screen - and back to Home Menu :-(((( Whats up? Whats wrong Microsoft/Playground?

 

Having the same problem with my digital version. But when I sign in with another profile on the same Xbox One, the game seems to work fine. Very frustrating. This is just another in a long list of bugs I’ve been experiencing across Forza Motorsport, Horizon,
and Hub recently, so I think I’m done pouring money into this franchise year after year.
