Forza Horizon 3 Complete Add-Ons Collection Does not add all the DLC like advertised

Yesterday i bought the Forza Horizon 3 Complete Add-Ons Collection (Complete DLC Pack Link
if you dont know what i am talking about).
Unfortunatly there is something wrong with this pack. It downloads but does not give you acces to: Horizon 3 VIP, Horizon 3 Horn Unlock Accelerator and the Horizon 3 Treasure Map. when going back into the store it states that i downloaded all three of
these but i have to buy them to become owner.
I already contacted support about this problem but after reading a couple of reviews stating that they have the same problem and when i could not find a topic regarding this problem. i thought i would start one to bring it under attention.

In kinda short: the complete pack gives you acces to almost all of the downloadable content except the VIP Pack, Horn accelerator and Treasure Map although they are included when you check the bundle.

If there is any progress i will update this post.

If someone finds a solution please let me know.

Forza Horizon 3 DLC Missing Windows 10

You're not the only one experiencing this issue:

It looks to be a known problem that is being addressed.

 

Forza Horizon 2 Complete Add-Ons Collection: missing Pre-Order Car Pack

Purchased Forza Horizon 2 Complete Add-Ons Collection and Pre-Order Car Pack is not included. It is the only add-on still showing a price on the Xbox One; everything else shows as "Owned".

According to the "Description" this pack should be included:

Here’s your chance to get all the great add-on content for Forza Horizon 2 in one bundle at one low price.

Get [...] all 13 car packs: [...] Pre-Order Pack [...]

The "In this bundle" info does not list the Pre-Order Car Pack, but a free car instead:

Forza Horizon 2 1998 Toyota Supra Fast & Furious Edition





This free car is likely the cause of the problem: it is in the Furious 7 Car Pack included in this Complete Add-Ons Collection, so should probably not be listed separately for this bundle.

Can someone please fix this? Can you please add the Pre-Order Pack to my account, and the Collection?

Just some remarks:

Two weeks ago I purchased the FH2 Car Pass in a Deals with Gold sale; at 80% off, so it was only € 5.00. Still, slightly annoying to find only a week after the previous sale finished, the complete collection including this Car Pass reduced in the Ultimate
Add-On Sale that Marketing/Sales should/must already have known about...

Microsoft could implement a "Complete Your Collection" system like Steam, where you can "upgrade" to bundles/collection for less (even during a sale) by not paying twice for items you already own. Would have been especially nice since I already owned a further
2 expansions from this FH2 Complete Add-Ons Collection...

I would probably buy Forza games full price on release if there was an option to purchase a Complete (Ultimate Plus?) Edition that would contain everything and anything to be released.

Already contacted support. they could not fix it. They said they will be back to me in 24 till 72 hours.

But i read more people had the same problem and could not find a tread. So i made one should people search for the problem around here

Hi Brad, actually not a bad idea. but is it a game issue?

i dont know how the model wich the microsoft store on xbox works with.

it feels like it is a store issue. I buy something in the store en after the download i am not the owner of certain parts of what i bought.

thats basicly the point. does forza has anything to do with the microsoft store making me the owner or not of certain things?

The store purchase you posted doesn't show the horn accelerator or the treasure map included. For example when I select the

treasure map doesn't even show it is included in anything same with the horn accelerator. They are purchased separately. You do get the VIP which is all in game. If you are missing items that would be with Forza. Xbox helps with launch of games, once the
launch happens game servers take over. As for purchases yes Microsoft hosts purchases but if there are issues with certain games it goes to the developers. The DLC pack states get expansions and all car packs. Nothing about add on.

Hi Brad, in de mean time i also figured out what you saw.

the description of the download says expansions and car packs.

but check this picture from the microsoft website.



Top right, bottom right, bottom left.

aslo when you check the content for this pack.





and at the bottom of "in this Bundle"



if we look at the description. it checks out completely. But look at that false advertising.

you said the store purschase does not include the horn and treasure map? press "show more" and bottom left.

so problem is: you get what the description says. but the pictures and in this bundle show more than you get. I understand this is a mistake. but i would never had bought this pack if i knew i would not get the VIP Pack.

A mistake can happen but how do we fix this?

I did look that way the first time for some reason didn't show it the first time. I did check it again and they are there. I would go to the

Forza forums and see if can get help there . There may even be a post that someone was able to resolve it or get an answer.

clearly somebody made a mistake with the picture an contents. a shame i did not check better.

My advice to to check out the Forza Forums regarding this issue, there might be something over there.

 

Did it give you all the car packs? I recall having issues with the Hoonigan one myself. Personally didn't care about the horn or the treasure map.

 

Reset your Xbox to the factory setting, it should help.
