Forza Horizon 3 code doesn´t work

Hi,

I bought a new xbox one s together with a downloadcode from Forza Horizon 3. The problem is that it doesn´t work.

The system accept the code and show me that this code is for Forza Horizon 3 ... I push continue and than comes an error and the message that I should try it later. Now after some hours the problem is the same ... "Try it later"

So where can be the problem?

Can`t install Forza Horizon 3 Code:0x80073D0D

In january I could play forza but my second harddisk crashed. Now I would like to install forza horizon 3 on my new HDD but I can`t. I can`t install "Forza Horizon 3" on the windows store. I get at the end from the download the failure code 0x80073D0D.

I repaired the xbox app and the windows store but I have still the same problem. Pls help me. The windows support doesn`t want to help me.

DirectX 12 problem

Hi!

I have installed Forza Horizon 3 and when trying to start the game i get a message "Graphics card doesn´t support DX12 (Code: FH501). But when I check in system information I DO have DirectX-version DirectX 12. I can't get any further in the game. What is
really the problem? What shall I do to solve the problem?

Hi,

There are several reasons why you are having this issue. One of which is a corrupted profile. To help you resolve this issue, we suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps below:

Method 1: Remove and re-add your Xbox Live profile. Click this
link for the steps.

Method 2: On your Xbox One Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Download the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Method 3: Clear MAC Address.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart. Download game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Kindly provide us with the results after doing the steps above, so we can assist you further.
