Forza horizon 3. Cant find game in store or Xbox app.

Hello i have contacted Microsoft support and gotten nowhere. i attempted to contact them again and the servers wouldn't allow me to. anyways ive tried every solution found and none have worked. The game is on my account and my hardware and software
are all up to date (Verified by Microsoft staff). Forza horizon 3 is on my store as i type the name of the game but as i actually click it i am redirected to a unresponsive page. i need support as ive been trying to install this game for two days now after
spending £90 in total on it now. please ask any questions about my situation and i will attempt to answer them in the best way.

cant see games in my windows 10 libray

i cant find my forza horizon 3 ultimate edition on my windows 10 store, Can anyone help me?

Heey guys, so I bought Forza Horizon 3 through the Xbox Store on my Xbox One.

Why doesn't this game show as download on my PC on the windows store/xbox app ? It only tells me to purchase the game AGAIN, WTF!?

 

Where did you buy the game?

Is your Store region set to the UK? (i.e. are the prices you see in pounds and pence?)

Let's try an alternate way of getting to the game - open the Windows 10 Xbox App and go to the Store section. Search for Forza Horizon 3 and on the results page click the version you bought (Standard, Deluxe, Ultimate). Does this redirect you to a working
Windows Store page? If so, is there a Download button for you to press? If there is, download the game now.

i purchased the game via amazon. I got the deluxe edition. The store is definitely set to my region. Ive tried using the Xbox app to access the store too but it failed. Pretty much every link on MS apps to FH3 no matter what it is comes up with an error
except from the car pack pass. Sadly im clueless at this point but im thinking it could be some kind of networking issue!

Was the copy from Amazon digital (a code) or a disc?

 

The game was a code but when I was speaking to MS support they confirmed the code was fine and that I had succeeded in redeeming it to my account

 

It sounds like there's an issue with your Store for whatever reason. So let's try refreshing the cache and see if that works.

Hit the Windows key plus R. (Win+R)

You'll get the "Run" dialogue box pop up. Now type in WSReset.exe and hit enter. Another dialogue box should pop up and disappear when it has completed the task.

Now reboot your PC and try finding Forza in the Store again.

I have already tried that and it did not work sadly!

 

Update: I can now find the game on my laptop but i could not previously. so theres that but still wont show on my pc....
