Forza Horizon 3 BROKEN/NOT WORKING car pass

I have recently bought the car pass for fh3 and two of the car packs have been unlocked but i have to pay for them with ingame credits! They should be free. I spent money on this, and i should get what i am paying for! Many people are having this problem,
Forza team needs to fix this BIG TIME. (If anyone could help me with this issue, please press the message box below)

Hi. In store I see app: car pass Forza Horizon 2. Price 5$. This package is included Forza Horizon 2 ultimate idition. I can play in Forza Horizon If buy package the Car pass Forza Horizon 2? I have not bought Forza Horizon 2

Try this

1. Head over to my Games and Apps.

2. Go to the Forza Horizon 3 game.

3. Press the Start (Menu) button, then go to Manage game.

4. In there go down to the updates section and there will be Car packs that have not automatically updated there.

Thanks, UndampedMist514! We are not aware of the Forza Horizon 2 VIP pass giving a car in Forza Horizon 3. Can you post back with a link describing this situation so that we can dig further into this?

Hey, guys! These are not sent as codes. They are provided as entitlements based on the purchase you make for Forza Horizon 3.

For the Ultimate Edition, you should have access to the
Car Pass and
All-Stars Pack. If you see that these are already purchased on the site, I suggest you do a search for their specific titles on the Xbox One console and download them directly from there.

For the Standard Edition, it should have come with the Rockstar pack and the Meguiar's Car Pack, but I am unable to find those online at this time. MrEldorado, can you please check your Manage Game section for Forza Horizon 3 to see if that content is there?
