Forza horizon 3 banned for nothing (was not even online)

So i loved Forza horizon 3 played it for 3 weeks strait putting up with the performance issues crashes and all. I went away on a holiday when i came back my friends wanted to play some so i said sure i logged on to find "your gamer-tag as been banned from
this feature" everything online the decals and paints i didn't know what to do i had not violated the terms of service in anyway what so ever it has been months since the ban numerous live chats and email to witch no reply's from the emails but on the live
chats they said there was no active ban on my account this is not very fair on me i payed $130 Aud for this game i got the best version on the store and now i can barely play it and its not even my fault it doesn't say when the ban will be lifted and what
i even did wrong. See that's the thing i was not even online so how did i violate the terms. i would just love if this ban would be lifted and i could continue playing or even know how long the ban is for. I haven't even had the chance to play it properly
now there's all the new performance fixes and it would run so much better. Thanks for the consideration i hope this can be resolved as I'm kinda getting sick of this~Gamer-tag~

banned for no reason on my profile

i was joining some friends on forza horizon this morning and got the message saying i am banned from using online multiplayer its joke ive done nothing

Gamertag Banned, no reason given. I want to know why.

My gamertag was banned from Forza Horizon 3 car auctions & car clubs. I have no enforcement history as to why my gamertag was banned. Please notify my account as to why gamertag was banned. I just subscribed to one year of Xbox live, but will cancel if
nothing is done. I have contacted Microsoft Xbox and they referred me to this forum. I don't think Forza employees are even watching this site.

Forza Horizon 2s search function has worked as you describe ever since I have been playing it (a year ago) but social functions were working when I last played it, albeit intermittently.

Horizon 3 Social was definitely fine a few weeks ago when I last played.

Horizon 4 is still troublesome for a lot of people when it comes to anything online.

Unfortunately, I have nothing more to add as I have no clue. Your issue, to me at least, is coming across as a Forza Online Ban, given it seems everything online is broken for you. Even more so if other online games work fine. Best way to test it is with a Forza game not related to Playground Games (who develop Horizon) so, Motorsport 7 but, unless you have Game Pass, it would be an expensive test and it's leaving GP and the Store soon so would be a short test.

I got banned till 2032. Thing is its my first ever ban on forza I could go online on forza 4 I can make liverys I can make paints etc and designs but I can't sell them gift them or go in the auction house. forza horizon I was fine on no ban same with forza

Sorry for the really late reply. It's not a problem with me. There's even a thread with an MS Employee who contacted Turn 10 and couldn't fix the problem.
