    I renewed my Game Pass subscription for two years in mid September, during the promotional period. I have not received codes for the Forza titles. What gives?!?!?

    Support sent me back here. I renewed using a prepaid code. I was under the impression I was still eligible for the promo. Is this not accurate?

    Hello Hypno,

    We understand here that the Game Pass was renewed through a pre-paid code.

    This would not fall under the promotional offering, as it was stated that the Xbox Game Pass would need to be renewed through the purchase on our services, i.e. Xbox website or Microsoft store.

    Keep in mind that you will gain access to Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 within 7-10 days after purchasing Xbox Game Pass. These codes get sent out in waves so you could be in the next wave.

    And Forza Motorsports 6 is no doubt releasing at the end of the year.

    I have 1 worry now regarding Forza... I hope this is not a release pattern now. Forza Motorsports 4 2011, Forza Horizon 2012 Forza Motorsports 5 2013, Forza Horizon 2 2014, Forza Motorsports 6 2015, Forza Horizon 3 2016, Forza Motorsports 7 2017.... and
