Forza horizon 3 and 4 Auction car buys

Ok guys. I'm confused.

I found some Hot wheels cars in the auction house, but when I go to buy them, it takes me to a page that makes me

have to buy the package that these cars come in. What's up? Why should I have to buy the pack when I only want this one car? The seller obviously already bought the pack, so they should be able to sell the one car.

Is there a way to just buy the one car in auction or do I really have to buy the expansion pack or whatever it is? I just want to buy the rip rod and maybe one other later.

Is that in Forza Horizon 4 ? Seems that car is only available as a wheelspin prize, hence the large price on the auction house.

Then why would someone put it on the auction block? Who would not only pay the seller, but have to pay for the pack as well? That makes no sense

If I remember correctly the Hot Wheels cars were an add on pack that everyone had to pay for. So if you want a car that is in the pack you have to purchase the pack to get that car.
