Forza Horizon 3 & 4 on PC - Grayed Out Auction House?

Hi all

In my auction house on Forza Horizon 3 & 4 are greyed out.. i have reached level 122 on H3 but only a level 11 on H4.. i use to play these both months ago which was working fine including auction house. I now have recently downloaded both H3 & H4 to my PC
and both auctions houses are greyed out :/

I tried playing them on my Xbox and they both are greyed out there too!

I have googled this many times and have read many forums.. It appears to be a common error with a lot of people but still has no resolution

I have listed all the steps i have taken down below and i have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both games a numerous amount of times both on my Xbox and PC..

Steps i have tried;

- Uninstall & Reinstall both on Xbox & PC

- Clear cache and reboot on Xbox

- Delete temp files on PC

- Repair windows apps (Forza H3 & H4)

- Have even tried signing in and out of Xbox and PC

- Resetted my privacy setting on both Xbox and PC

- Set privacy setting to public both on Xbox and PC

Please help me! I have ran out of options

To answer your other questions

1. yes the auction house is still grayed out even with the relevant privacy settings/online privileges allowed.

2. I have tried signing out and in then relaunching the game, but it was grayed out again after about 20 minutes. I also have restarted my pc a few times.

3. I only other game with Xbox accounts that I play is Minecraft and it has no issues with permissions. Forza horizon 4 is the only game that I have from the Forza series.

We are sorry for the situation, but indeed, Microsoft currently has too many queries, so it is normal not to have personalized attention. Similarly, you can try to contact them later.

You mentioned that the problem is the same on Xbox and PC. Therefore, it is likely that the servers are the problem or your Xbox profile. If it were your device (Xbox or PC) it would throw an error message.

Click here to verify that you allow user-created content.

Another problem (perhaps) may be the NAT of the Xbox.

Press the Xbox button.
Go to "System"
Select Settings
General
Network settings
Verify that "NAT TYPE" is open and that all services are available.

I have checked my NAT TYPE and is it OPEN and All services are available..

Is there a way to check the "servers" if they are the problem?

Maybe i could strike that out that too..

Also I cant seem to find "user-created content" option in my privacy setting?

Additionally my privacy setting are set to Adult - Default on my Xbox & PC

How can i strike out problems.. for example how do you know it is not a device error an relate it to a server error?

I am still encountering the problem, i will try contacting support but it is high in demand atm cause of covid.

In the mean time is there anything i can try?

It does not appear to be a device error.
It could be that the problem is related to the game's servers or a problem with your profile.
