forza horizon 2

when I try to play on-line, I tried to log on to road trip, it starts to load, I see people gaming then it kicks me in a room by myself, so I try to join my friends who are gaming, then it tells me the game is no longer there or there is a network problem,
when my friends join me, we get to race one or two races, then it kicks me out of the room, if we are in party, I'm still in the party, but not in the game, I've replaced my x-box 360, because a technician said it was a hardware problem in the box, I made
sure my modem port 3074 is open. replaced my Ethernet cable, then Game Stop said my disc could be damaged, so I bought a digital copy from x-box live, got back on the game, and it still does the same thing. I can play Horizon 1, Call of Duty, Forza 4, and
all my other games with no problems, just Horizon 2 has on-line issues. Would appreciate any help to fix this problem Thank you for your attention to this matter,

Hi. In store I see app: car pass Forza Horizon 2. Price 5$. This package is included Forza Horizon 2 ultimate idition. I can play in Forza Horizon If buy package the Car pass Forza Horizon 2? I have not bought Forza Horizon 2

Few ways to try and fix this. Router reset possibly.

Uninstalling the game, power cycling, & reinstalling could probably help.

 

I did all that twice and bought digital copy it still did not fix the problem
