    Forza Horizon 2 Xbox One/360 help


    Hi Everyone

    My son wants an Xbox one for his birthday and is asking for Forza horizon 2 with it (and Fifa 17) all his friends play Forza but they have Xbox 360's. Will he be able to play with them on this game if they have 360 and he has one. I don't want to buy an
    old game if he can't use it with his friends, he might as well have a newer version of the game.
    Please help Forza Horizon 2 Xbox One/360 help :)

    Forza Horizon 2 Xbox One/360 help

    Forza Horizon 2 isn't backwards compatible so in that case no , I don't know if it ever will become backwards compatible as it's already got an Xbox One version but even if it did I'm not sure he could race his friends who are on the 360

    Forza Horizon 3 is released soon I think end of September time

    He will not be able to play with his friends if they play Forza on the 360, if he will be on the Xbox one.

    Thank you for the info, can I trouble you with another question.

    If my son has the Xbox one can he play Fifa 17 against people who have the 360.

    Sorry for the questions I don't have a clue about all this and I'm not sure if I'm wasting my money if all this friends keep the 360.

    The only xbox one game that has cross platform play as far as I know is World of Tanks.I don't even think there is a 360 version of Fifa 17

    If he is on the xbox one then he will only be able to play with his friends on the 360 if it's a backwards compatible game.

    The Xbox 360 version of Forza Horizon 2 is not backward compatible, so will not work on the Xbox One. If you want to play Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox One, you will need to pay for the game again.

    Unfortunately, for Xbox 360 users, DLC and Forza Rewards are only available for the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2.
