Forza Horizon 2: VIP Preorder discount

Hey guys!

I'm a Forza 5 VIP member, and got the VIP membership with the limited edition at retail launch.

For me, the VIP discount on the games preorder isn't showing.

I have a theory that this is because there are two editions of Forza 5 VIP membership - one for the people who got it in the limited edition, and one for people who bought it after. I reckon they're only applying to the discount to the product ID of
people who bought it after digitally.

Could someone look into this to let us order it for with the discount?!

Forza Horizon 2 overcharge

As a Forza Horizon 5 VIP I should have recieved a $10 discount when I pre-ordered Horizon 2 on my Xbox One. I was charged $99 but should have been charged $89.

 

Issues with Storm Island 50% VIP discount

Forza Horizon 2 Storm Island 50% VIP discount isn't being applied correctly in the Xbox Store.

This is well known issue. But still not solved yet.

Is there anyone trying to solve this problem???????????????

 

The discount is not showing for me as well. I had gone ahead with purchasing a copy (Deluxe Edition) before realizing that I was supposed to have the discount.

 

I purchased the ultimate edition tonight for $89.99 USD. That was a $10 discount from the MSRP which more than covers what the VIP discount would have been.

 

They fixed this issue a few hours after I reported it yesterday

 

I ordered it before discount. Is there anybody that is looking into refunding the purchase or applying a $10 credit to those that bought it at full price?

 

g33k hack3rs I am planning on calling and requesting a $10 credit/refund.

 

I tried for more than two hours, first chatting with support then they contacted me through twitter and still no solution.

Now they want to get my email and password to login to my account!!! With my banking detail and all other information saved in my account that is not going to happen.

Very frustrated by this and support is anything but helpful or understanding.

 

That doesn't sound right. I can't imagine why anyone from Xbox Support would be asking you for your login and password. Good job not giving out that information.
