Forza horizon 2 VIP membership 2accounts

I bought the VIP membership on my account 2 weeks ago and now my other half wants to purchase hers on her own account on the same xbox it's only saying installed there is no option for her to purchase this add on for her account please help.

Forza Horizon 3 - DLC content for all Xbox users / profiles / family members ?

Here http://www.windowscentral.com/forza-horizon-3-vip-review I found this:

"A big improvement over Forza Horizon 2's VIP Pass is that buying VIP Membership in Horizon 3 grants VIP access to other Gamertags on the purchaser's home console. That way, the whole family can benefit from a single VIP purchase."

But any other source is telling that this does not works.

 

Feature request: Show all prices in store, so you can make informed decisions

I don't generally read much of all the news articles, I just check stuff in-game. Recently purchased the Forza Horizon 2 Storm Island expansion pack for $26.95. Would have been great if it would have shown all available price options. If I'd have known Forza
Horizon 2 VIP members get the expansion pack half price, I would have purchased a VIP membership first.

Would be great if all the pricing options could be shown.

If she goes to Xbox.com, searches for Forza Horizon 2 VIP, and signs in to her profile it will allow her to purchase it. Same thing happened with me and my sister.
