Forza Horizon 2 Storm Island & other expansion pack problems

Okay, so I know the reason here: Storm Island is a DLC pack for Forza Horizon 2, it is not a full game in its own right. In order to access Storm Island, you need to own Forza Horizon 2 as well. You can access Storm Island from within Forza Horizon 2.

That is also why you cannot see it - in My Games & Apps you can only see full games, which Storm Island is not. In order to see Storm Island in My Games & Apps you would need to highlight Forza Horizon 2, hit Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Manage
Game and it would be on that sub-menu.

If you do not already own it, then yes. Storm Island will not work without the base game. Unlike Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious, Storm Island is a DLC pack and not a standalone game.

That game and it's add-ons have been delisted. So unless you purchased them before they were delisted, it's no longer possible to get them.

That makes complete sense but shouldn't the Store be coming up with a better error message other than "there's a problem with marketplace"? and if it's de-listed why isn't it just gone from the store w/ a disclaimer that's it's no longer available. Hasn't
been a game update to wipe Storm Island or the Porsche series either.
