Discus and support Forza Horizon 2 Standard Edition "Not Available" on Xbox Store in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't buy Forza Horizon 2 (digital standard edition) via the Xbox Store (website).     Forza Horizon 2 Standard Edition "Not Available" on Xbox Store


    I can't buy Forza Horizon 2 (digital standard edition) via the Xbox Store (website). It says it's "Not Available". Via the Xbox One console i get the same message: "Unavailable" instead of "Buy Now for Xbox One" + price. The game description states that
    its release date is 03/10/2014.

    As of now, only the Day One Edition, Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition are available to purchase. I am only interested in the standard edition (see link), and I would like to know when it will be available.

    Haven't owned Ten Year Anniversary Car Pack after redeeming the gift card code for Forza Motorsport 6 and Forza Horizon 2 .

    That's the link to part of a pre-order bundle, hence the "not available" and references to release dates. You automgically get that item buy buying/preordering bundles that contain it.

    There is currently no "standard" version. You are aware though that the Day One edition is the same price as the standard edition but comes with bonus cars? The standard one will probably replace the Day One version after "Day One" passes, which curiously
    was 30 days with Forza 5.

    30 days with FM5.. Not sure if i'm willing to wait that long. Doesn't make sense for a "Day One" version though, but i do believe what you're saying.

    I'm not entirely sure why you are waiting? What do you think is different about the "regular" edition versus the day one version?

    For clarity, the Day One version IS the regular edition, plus a car pack. For the same price as the regular one. Buying the day one edition costs the same as the regular one will

    I thought the standard edition would be somewhat cheaper, so that's why I was waiting for it to become available for download.

    As noted the "Day One Edition" is the standard edition + a bonus car pack.

    Once the "Day One" version is no longer for sale, the standard version will replace it at the exact same price.

    If you are planning to buy within the next month, you might as well get the "Day One" version. You'll get more for your money.

    Forza Horizon 5 gets stuck on preparing and then cancles - Windows 11

    This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
    1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
    2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
    3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
    4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.
