Forza horizon 2 save gone.

So basically i went to play forza horizon 2 today and it said it needed to synch. I let it start synching but it was taking a while so i quit the synching and showed a new game. Then, i exited and quit the game, and started again. This time it asked me which
save i wanted to synch to. I clicked the save of today thinking it was the correct one. I let it sit for a while at 100% and it finally loaded and was a new game. I have been playing the game a lot and extremely mad that my save is gone. Is there any way i
can get it back?

Forza Horizon 2 Lost save

Your save is gone i'm afraid.

For some reason Forza 5/Horizon 2 sometimes have an issue syncing with the cloud server,will get to 99% & fail.

If you had tried to sync it again it would of synced properly or given you the option to use an older save.

I feel your pain,i lost a save with about 150 hours worth of gameplay on Forza 5

 

Downloaded game that's unreadable...

First thing you should do is delete the game. Then delete the your system cache. Once you have done that, then download 1 or 2 demos that is the same size as Forza Horizon. Then redownload Forza Horizon. Play Forza Horizon. If the problem has gone,
you can delete the demos.

 

Hi, lego201, I'm sorry to say that there is no way to get the data back, the game has now overwritten the save data you already had. Sometimes the synching to the cloud doesn't work straightaway, which is probably why you couldn't download the original
save to begin with.

Same happened to me mate. I tried EVERYTHING, as painful as it is, i had to go back and restart everything. Good thing is that most achievements keep tracking from where you left off (atleast they did for me)

 

Turn 10 won't help i'm afraid,they will say it's Microsofts fault if they reply at all.

I had the exact same thing happen to me with Forza 5 which I had been playing since release,lost everything.

 

Anyone know how i could get my 10 mil back?

 

You can't.Once it's gone then that's it.
