Forza Horizon 2 (I was charged 3x for this game)

When I went to download Forza Horizon 2, I was charged 3x for the same download. I have spoken with support on the phone, and they advised me that they would look into this issue and would eventually (in 72 hours) refund my money. The problem is that I use
a secondary bank account for games and entertainment purchases that only has the amount of money in it that I budget for these expenses. When the Xbox store charged me for 2 extra copies of this game, it overdrew my account. Fortunately, I had enough money
in my primary bank account to cover the cost, but now my bank is still charging me fees for overdraft protection and my account almost got locked.

This has been a huge headache over something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I was told by a support tech over chat that they couldn't help me and I needed to lodge my complaint here.

Forza Horizon 2 overcharge

As a Forza Horizon 5 VIP I should have recieved a $10 discount when I pre-ordered Horizon 2 on my Xbox One. I was charged $99 but should have been charged $89.

Bought furious 7 car pack in forza horizon 2

Hi, i purchased the furious 7 car pack in forza horizon 2 last night and i got charged for it, but it didn't download or install. I've purchased car packs for this game before and this never happened, pls help.

Sorry but phone support informed you incorrectly. There is nothing that anyone on the forums can do to help you. Because this is a billing issue only phone support can help with this. I'm afraid that you'll need to continue speaking with them.

I understand that it is under review and that it is likely to be refunded soon, but this error has caused nothing but frustration all week long. Between Microsoft/Xbox support and my bank, I've not felt very valued as a customer. :/

No, because I was trying to buy Game Pass 2 times, but it failed. I still do not have Game Pass, but have 3x 1 euro charges.

Unfortunately Forza Horizon 2 - Storm Island has reached "end of life" status and was removed from Xbox store on September 30th 2018

A heads up for the Forza community: Forza Horizon 2 will reach “end of life” status on September 30. That means that the game and its associated DLC will no longer be available for purchase. After September 30, players who own Forza Horizon 2 will still
able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal. However, Forza Horizon 2 and its DLC will no longer be for sale. Forza Horizon 2 is currently available as part of August Games With Gold so, if you haven’t played it already, now is
a great time to grab it."
