forza horizon 2 game save issue on cloud

^^ None of the Forza games are backwards compatible so not point in moving the save to the cloud.

The only 2 Forza games that came out on both platforms are Forza Horizon 2 & Forza Horizon 2 The Fast & the Furious & each version is a separate game so your progress on the 360 version wont carry over to the xbox one version.

Chances are you've lost your original save.

For some reason the Forza games can have an issue syncing your saves on the cloud servers.It is rare but it does happen.

It'll get to 99% & fail to sync.

When you try again it will give you the option of 2 saves,if you pick the newer save it will over write your old save & start you from the beginning.

Had this myself on Forza 5 & lost 200 hours of gameplay etc.

The game was originally saved to the internal HDD on the Xbox 360. I used the "Move" command to save to the cloud as I had seen reports on the forzamotorsport.net forums that copying could lead to corrupted saves. My Xbox One console was online, but Forza
Horizon was not running when I moved the save.

This may or may not be related to the issue, but I had the disc version of Forza Horizon, but used the digital download version of the game (Free from Games with Gold) on the Xbox One.

Your save is gone i'm afraid.

For some reason Forza 5/Horizon 2 sometimes have an issue syncing with the cloud server,will get to 99% & fail.

If you had tried to sync it again it would of synced properly or given you the option to use an older save.

I feel your pain,i lost a save with about 150 hours worth of gameplay on Forza 5
