Forza Horizon 2 didn't download

I got a code while buying a new Xbox and redeemed. Only helmet got downloaded and not the game. Tried to download again, but it says the code has been used and use a different one. I'm not able to see the game under My games. What do I do?

Game Download

Downloaded free game FORZA Horizon 2. Worked ok. Then purchased 'Storm Island'. It says I purchased but didn't download. How do I get to it???

Didn't bought Horizon,the map looks too small for me.

Test Drive unlimited 2 maps + Forza 5 visuals and driving feelings = Masterpiece or maybe Forza Horizon 2.

If you redeemed the code successfully, it is normal that you wouldn't be able to redeem it again. Check your
purchase history and see if you see Forza Horizon 2 listed there. You should be able to set it to download from that link or you can search for Forza Horizon 2 in the store and download it
from there.

If you still don't see it or are unable to download it, post back and we'll take another look.

If the last suggestions didn't help from Jesse here is mine that helped me.
This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.
