Forza Horizon 2: Crashing after title screen

What the issue is: My recently purchased Forza Horizon 2 has been crashing consistently during a load screen after I press A to start the game. It is the physical copy of the game. It was bought used - no, it does not have scratches or damage
of any kind.

How it's happening: After I press the A button to jump into the game, I'll proceed to a loading screen as usual until about 5 seconds or so before the screen freezes, returns me to the Xbox Dashboard and closes the game.

What I've done to try to resolve it: I have installed and reinstalled the game once and even deleted my game save.

If I recall correctly, this has happened before, when I used to own this game a couple years ago when it was released. It was also a physical copy back then so I'm not sure if that is related in any way. My gut tells me that isn't the case, but that's just
my feeling. I'd really like to know if anyone has seen any other instances like this and if there are any specific solutions. I just bought the game from gamestop used and as I explained above, this disc copy is completely fine it might as well be sold new,
I am 1000% on that. Any helpful comments are appreciated, I hope to play the darn thing soon...

How do i stop Forza Horizon 3 from crashing on loading screen

 

crashing problem

forza horizon 3 keeps crashing at load screen called xbox and went through all troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to be working somebody please help

 

*Couldn't edit my own post for some reason... But I forgot to add what else I did to try and resolve the issue. I have power cycled or hard reset the console.
