    Hey, every time i try to load up forza horizon 2 i get the erroe code invalid profile. I spoke to a microsoft support member and they advised me to go here and give you this SR#[Mod Removed]

    Unfortunately nobody on the forums can do anything with service request codes. What are some of the steps you've already tried to resolve the issue ?

    OMG same, when I put in forza horizon 2, I hit launch and it just sais each time that something went wrong and said to enter the code, and when I enter the code, it sias that it's an invalid code, so wtf idek it's annoying af
