Thanks for coming to the forums. If you are unable to request a refund as Onyx has mentioned. You will need to request a call from support to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If you would like to request a refund on a digital purchase then please first log in to
https://account.microsoft.com. From here you can search your billing history for the item and mark down the order number.

After that go to
https://xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form including the order number and date of the purchase. Once filled out it can take up to 78 hours for Xbox to respond to you via the contact info you provide.
