Hallo,

ich habe mir vor einiger Zeit das Spiel „Forza Horizon 4“ gekauft. Ich bin mit diesem Spiel zwar sehr zufrieden, jedoch speichert es nicht richtig. Am heutigen Abend habe ich das Spiel geschlossen, aber mein Spielstand wurde nicht gespeichert und dies ist
nicht der erste Fall. Ich hoffe Sie können mir helfen.

Hi Schnoggy,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand the game will not save properly. We recommend first always close the game before exiting. For example if you just shut down or put PC to sleep this will cause issue with save. Also, try restarting your
PC completely.

Press the Windows button
, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
Select Power, and then select
Restart.
When your Windows 10 device has restarted, sign back in and restart your game.

Open your Game profile. Open the Profile tab, then Profile information. Click Edit in the Personal section. Enter you Old emailaddress, then enter your New email address
and your Current password.
