Forza horizan 4 pre order cars

Preorderd fh4 2 weeks before early launch its now 11/7 and i have yet to see any preorder cars ive talked to forza and they said to come here im starting to get mad about this if anybody could help that woulld be nice

am I understanding that you get 15bonus cars, then 6 bonus cars from the pre-order bonus?

So my forza horizan 3 pre order didnt go through but i re bought the game today. But i dont have the halo warthog and i had a code that i put in when i first pre ordered the game. So i was wondering if i could get another code becasue i still havent gotten
the halo warthog yet

 

Have you looked at what all DLC your copy of FH4 has installed? To check, go to Games & Apps -> Games -> Forza Horizon 4 and highlight it. With it lit, press the Menu button and choose "Manage game" from that menu. This will show you DLC that your account
owns and that is not installed; you can install directly from there if it's not loaded.

Would this be in regards to the Car Pass feature within Forza Horizon 4?

Or was this separate DLC content that was supposed to be released?

Has there been an attempt made to check the Forza Forums for information regarding the location of DLC content?

Clarify these for us so that we may better our assistance.
