Forza Games Online Problem

I'm having this issue with both Forza games (5 and Horizon 2 ).I can't play online with Gold membership however it works for Fifa 15.I tried clearing advanced mac address , persistent storage , deleting and re installing account and the games.I sent email
to Turn10 3 times and opened a topic on their forums but got no answer ! What should I do?

I have a problem in the game Forza I can not play with my friends Online

 

A million units sold, yet no-one is online??

There is no problem finding people on BF4 or AC4 havent tried online Forza yet,but even on 360 forza games are hardly a hive of activity

 

Still no answer? Please I tried everything I can but can't fix it.

 

There are currently multi player issues. MS are aware. If you keep checking Xbox staus they're are regular updates.

 

This issue is not something new.I'm having this problem since I bought the console and Forza 5.(5th of September.)Now it's continuing with Forza Horizon 2.

 

Have you tried to do a hard reset of your console?

 

Any one not interested about my issue?
