Forza games error xbox one

Hello. My name is ameer hamza and I have been playing on xbox for awhile. Xbox one in particular but there are some issues that I'm having in forza horizon 3 and 4

Issue :1 in forza horizon 3 one of my profiles loads the save game fine without any errors but on my other profile it gives invalid profile error code: E-47-0 I cannot access my savegame I've tried every solution but no luck

Issue :2 in forza horizon 4 I bought the game recently as a physical disc but unfortunately I didn't get any dlc codes for the game I checked the ready to downloads section but no luck and I got the standard edition

Forza support told me to contact windows or Xbox support as they only deal with in-game errors, even tho crashing on launch is listed as one of their support selections

2. Do you have the physical copy or digital version of Forza Horizon 3?

3. Are you accessing the game on Windows 10 or Xbox One?

4. Are you experiencing issues with other games as well?

For game add-ons -or DLC- the first place to check is in your games and apps:

- In your games list, select a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.

- There, look for them under the Installed or Ready to Install list.

If you cannot find them there, please sign in at http://store.xbox.com and search for them. From there, you can also trigger the installation to the console.
